SOD held its second milk enema sumo tournament with ordinary women who responded to their high-paying part-time job offer. The amount of milk was increased from last time, making their stomachs bursting. With just a little strain it seemed like their intestines would back up and they would all spurt out at once, they shouted "Hakkeyoi nokotta!!!!" They were about to leak…but they didn't want to lose… Once again, we witnessed the courageous figures of these amateur women fighting while tormented by the internal conflict of their anuses.
